Originally RED is a concept born from an encounter Nicole had with the Lord. During that encounter, God showed Nicole the way wounds and various pains were causing her to hide and not live from a place of authentic identity.
Now, Nicole is passionate about helping other women understand and grow in an identity rooted and grounded in Christ so they can leave their authentic mark on the world.

Nicole's goal is to develop a community of Kingdom women who are running after God together. Her heart is to help women come into the full knowledge and understanding of the bold, brave and authentic women God created them to be while assisting them in gaining clarity of vision and focused strategy for their lives.
